Photographers who will read your edit properly.
A vote and a written note on every frame, then a read of the work as a whole. Every master here has been through the same application, read by a person.
We have sat on both sides of this. Some of us have curated other people's work and some of us have been the one whose work was being curated. It is a hard step and it is the one that decides the final selection, which is why it is the thing we charge for.
Nobody is taking requests at the moment.
The directory only lists masters who are open to work, so it empties out rather than sending you to someone who cannot take the set.
